This Banana-Pecan Oatmeal Recipe is the easiest ever! You don’t need pans, heat or oven. You only need a glass jar (or another container with lid), a fridge and the ingredients. Yeap!

It is a good choice for those who always wake up in a rush. If you are the kind of person that needs a quick breakfast … but wanna keep this meal healthy, this your recipe! The night before you’re gonna prepare quickly your breakfast for the next day … and in the morning it will be ready for you just “grab and go”. Easy, simple, delicious and full of good nutrients you need for a great day.

Actually, I am the kind of person that loves seating at the table in the morning, take a cup of coffee with toasts and fruits, chat with my husband and watch the news. That’s why I’ve eaten this oatmeal as afternoon snack, before gym :).

Tip: this oatmeal version is thick. If you prefer it a little bit more fluid, you can reduce the oat quantity. You can also create new versions … add cocoa, honey, use different fruits, etc. It is super versatile!
